I am in Korea I need Tax Invoice 세금계산서
If you are a business in Korea:
Please complete your order and make the payment to our bank account. To be entitled to a tax invoice
1. You need to make payment to our bank account only.
2. You need to send us your business information. This information in Korean language is as follows
사업자인 경우 결제를 하신후 고객센터 1:1문의에서 글을 올리시고 아래 정보를 보내주세요.
1. 사업자 등록번호, 상호, 성명, 사업장소재지, 업태, 종목
2. 세금계산서 담당자 정보: 담장자명, 담당자 휴대폰번호,이메일주소(전자세금계산서를 받을 이메일)
If you do not understand Korean simply attach a scan of your certificate in a ticket and send it to us online.
If you are not a business but you have Korean nationality as long as you are a Korean national you are fully entitled to receive a tax invoice. Please proceed with your payment and after the payment is confirmed open a ticket with us and let us have your Korean identification number and your address. Only after payment is confirmed an electronic tax invoice is sent to your email.
고객이 개인인 경우에도 전자세금계산서를 받으실수 있습니다. 결제하신후 고객센터 1:1문의에 정확한 주소와 주민등록번호를 기재하시면 주민등록번호를 기재한 전자세금계산서를 이메일로 발송해드립니다. 세금계산서는 반드시 결제하신 후에만 신청이 가능합니다.
Our staff is in Korea. should I ask our korean office to proceed?
You do not need to ask your staff in Korea to act on your behalf and register an account. You can simply register and proceed with it yourself however If you want, after registration you can add his/her email address as a contact point. After you place your order and register at our website in profile section you will have an option to add as many contact as you want and give them different permissions . For example you can let them be notified about any future invoices and make payment. We have been providing services to many international companies in Korea so we are fully aware of your needs and in most cases we will call and make necessary adjustments with your office here.
And if I spam or do phishing Scams ?
We have years of experience . If you are trying to send Spam or use our servers for phishing scams you are wasting our time and yours. We have placed various security measures on our servers and every thing is proactively monitored. Mass email from domain or relay is investigated. We will suspend your account immediately and we will do every thing within our power to prevent others to become victims …ips, related domains etc will be thoroughly investigated and reported to authories.
I do not have a domain can I still buy hosting?
It depends on what you want to do with your hosting space. While hosting and domain are different things, they work concurrently. We expect our shared hosting customers have an active domain but please feel free to contact us if you want to have just a space.
What is premium anycast DNS?

Redundant servers across multiple regions mean better website availability. let’s say a server in one region is under maintenance, service will automatically reroute to a different region with the best route .
How Long Will It Take For My host To Be Ready For Use?
While our proprietary provisioning system can get your server ready in minutes due to illegal activities and fraud we use semi-automation so we review your orders . Most of the time it will not take more than a few hours unless we find some issues . Please watch your emails and respond them so we can complete your set up a.s.a.p
Should I pay in Korean currency?
Korean currency is for those who order from within South Korea. It will also entitle you to receive tax invoice if you need. When paying in Korea payment method is bank transfer only . Proceed with your order with any currency it does not matter but simply make sure your address etc is in Korea and that you leave your Korean cell phone number . In final stage of your order choose “Bank” as your payment method. When you place your order we are instantly notified. We check your account and when we see that you are in Korea we will adjust your currency etc accordingly and send you a SMS so you can pay to our bank account. It is done the same day within an hour or two. After you have done the payment your invoice is marked paid and the rest is fully automated. Your account is automatically created ,instruction to access your account will also automatically sent to your email. In case you need any help we are fast in responding to customers’ inquiry . In our client area you have an option to send your help request ticket online.
What does unlimited mean?
As for unlimited domain:
With our business shared hosting plan you can host unlimited number of domains. For the first 2 domains it is not important who is your domain Registrar but for additional domains as long as you register them through us you can host them in the same plan without additional charge. As long as your additional domains do not contain CMS / resource intensive websites you will be ok.
As for unlimited database:
It means you can create as many database as you need we do not limit the number of databases that an account can create . Let’s say you want to install one WordPress and another application that needs database If you have only 1 database you need to put all information in the same DB . It is possible but it can be confusing and is not generally a good practice.
Why should I host in South Korea?
Generally, you should get your web servers as ‘close’ to the audience as possible.
the number of routers data has to cross between your site visitors dialup connection and your web hosting server should be minimised. If your visitors are in Asia Japan, Korea , China etc…
What CMS ( Content management system) Do you support?
You can install any CMS in our hosting plans . If you are not sure simply let us know the CMS information page and requirements. Most of the time we come up with some thing to meet your requirements
Will you transfer my old host to your host for free?
It depends on your website and what kind of control panel your old host had. Upon your request We will move the primary domain of the hosting account free of charge within 10 days of signup. Additional domains or sub domains are not included in the free transfer service. The majority of transfers are completed in less than 48 hours, however, due to the nature of some transfers and depending on how many are currently in the queue, it could take up to 72~96 hours before everything is completed. We support Major control panels , Directadmin, Plesk etc However we mostly accept Cpanel to Cpanel transfer. If you are using a host that does not have any control panel at all we can still help you but please contact us first.
Will my hosting IP be in Korea?
Yes. Your site will be hosted in Korea Data center with Korean IP and all support will be in English language.
I am already hosting with another company, what should I take into account before transferring to you?
As long as you have authority over your domain name that means you can login and change the information like name servers. You can sign up with us and simply change your name servers to our name servers. Please note you can also keep your main hosting with another company while you host just a portion of your website with us. For example a sub domain : korea.yourdomain.com can be hosted in Korea while yourdomain.com is hosted somewhere else. Do you need help? Simply contact us and we will guide you. We can also help you with transfer.
Can I contact support 24/7?
Yes our technical support is 24/7 .
Even though you can contact us any time unless there is a very urgent request Please make sure you avoid weekends, holidays and always consider our time in Korea. If you contact us in office hours we can respond your tickets faster as we have more technicians available at our data center.
How secure is your hosting?
We always do our best to secure our system from hacking, hardware failures … All servers are located in our own highly secure data centers in South Korea. Access to our servers is tightly controlled and limited to essential personnel . We use secure firewall with multiple layers of protection. Depending on the shared hosting plan you will have cloudlinux enabled too.
