Setup is completed within 1 business day (Monday to Friday, KST), provided that:

• The order is not flagged by our automated or manual review system.

Orders placed on Friday are typically completed on the following Monday.
Weekend and public-holiday processing is not guaranteed.

Some payment gateways charge a processing fee for refunds; in such cases, this fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.

No, We do not provide an online facility for this but we have a support department where you can open tickets.

Yes for VPS more than 2 Gig Ram you have an option to buy  DirectAdmin license

Yes but It is not recommended to use a low-RAM VPS to host sites, especially if you are planning to use a control panel, as some control panels may require a significant amount of RAM. If your RAM is insufficient, your server will crash, and since we do not provide reboot facilities, it will be inconvenient. Please ensure that you purchase a VPS with more than 1 Gig of RAM

If, in the future, you want to upgrade to a higher VPS, we will require the root password, as this procedure is not fully automated and upgrades are conducted during office hours only.
