 Position: Technical Support Representative

Internet Brothers is seeking dedicated and motivated employees looking for a career in customer service / technical support to provide exceptional customer service on a consistent basis. 

Job Description:

Troubleshooting a variety of technical and non-technical issues customers are having with their web hosting plans and services. Provide technical support for level one escalation issues via helpdesk. Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Required Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in the English language.Ability to work well with a team in a fast paced, constantly changed environment and follow instructions from supervisors and senior colleagues.Outstanding customer service skills and a dedication to the customer service experience. Dependable to be at work during assigned shifts and to complete work as expected. Knowledge of FTP, DNS, cPanel and WHM preferred. Ability to multitask and meet specific goals set by supervisors and management. 


 We are looking for an individual who can meet our needs. The specific role is in sales/advertising.

General Requirements :
 
* Great customer service skills
* Looking for ways (new and old) to advertise
* English speaking - native (written and oral)
* Reliable high speed internet connection
* Previous sales experience
 
Duties :
 
* Coming up with ways to advertise our company
* Creating contacts and finding leads for sales
* Making blog posts on our 'lab'
* Adding to our Knowledgebase for users
* Facebook posting/Twitter
* Be able to answer live chat requests
* Posting on behalf of the company on related forums
 
Bonus's :
 
* Technical support in Linux
 
Pay/Salary :
We would like to do a 30-60 day dry-run, you will make commission in this time frame,if everything worked out, we would then offer you a position. Pay is negotiable, but we are thinking a few hundred per month + sales %.
